To
program your SST49LF020 (cheapmod) with your Xbox,
you just need Evolution-X Software and X-elixis Pro Plug-In!
Follow this tutorial and you will do it faster than any other
programmer available for these chips!
This tutorial is compatible with v1.0/v1.1/v1.2 Xbox versions. |

Insert
X-elixis Plug-In with a programed SST, into X-elixis LPC connector,
Power ON your Xbox and boot Evolution-X Software. |
|
 |
Now
unplug X-elixis Pro Plug-In,
while your Xbox is still Power ON.
For this perpose use pincers,
with isolated edges. |
 |
Use
an PLCC chip extractor,
and remove the programed SST. |
 |
Now
insert the bare SST49LF020 that you want to program,
into the socket of X-elixis Plug-In. |
 |
Plug
X-elixis Plug-In with the bare SST to the LPC Connector while
your Xbox is still Powered On,
and flash it with EvoX Software! |

Caution:
Pluging/Unpluging X-elixis Plug-Ins
with your console Powered ON is dangerous!
