Open your Xbox By opening your Xbox, you are voiding the guarrantee shield, so it is recomended for expert installers. For opening Xbox, two Torks type screwdrivers required: 1. Torks No20 for the external screws. 2. Torks No10 for the internal screws.

Presolder the 9 Pads This is one of the most important steps, in the installation of X-elixis. By giving big importance to this step, you can speed up the installation and test your soldeing skills! Continue only if you feel possitive about yourself, and your solder iron performance, else it is recomended to visit an expert to do the soldering of X-elixis LPC connector, while you will be able to Plug&Play with all X-elixis compatible Plug-Ins!

Adjust LPC connector A special guiding pad for a screw near the LPC Bus, can determine the needed pads, and all you have to do is move X-elixis LPC connector left-right, till you find the exact place. As long as you you find it, tight the screw which can hold X-elixis LPC connector for you, acting like a third hand!

Solder LPC connector In V1.0 Xbox consoles, solder paste is included in LPC holes, that is enough for X-elixis LPC connector to be stedily connected with Xbox LPC Pads! In V1.1 and V1.2 Xbox consoles, the LPC holes are empty, and simply by adding some Flux and heating both Xbox LPC holes and X-elixis LPC connector, the pads will be connected!

Solder Do wire Connect with a wire, X-elixis D0 pad to Xbox D0 point that can be found in both the top and the bottom side of Xbox mainboard: - Top D0 point (expert soldering required) - Bottom D0 point (easy soldering!)

Plug&Hack By pluging any X-elixis Plug-In you deactivate the original Bios, activating X-elixis one! By unpluging the Plug-Ins your Xbox is unmodyfied compatible with Xbox Live! X-elixis special design that is working on low voltage, can guarrantee, Safe Plug&Play usability, even if Xbox is Power On (Hot Swapping)!

Uninstall LPC connector You can easilly remove X-elixis LPC connector, simple by pulling up the flexible LPC pcb and heating the holes with your solder iron. This may be useful for Flashing the onboard tsop, in V1.0 Xbox consoles, or reinstall X-elixis LPC connector in case of a wrong installation or in another console!

Test X-elixis Installation Thanks to the Plug&Play technology and the power indicator led, you can easilly determine where your problem comes from! Please take in mind, that all X-elixis Plug-Ins comes tested in our X-elixis modded Xbox consoles, so you can feel confident that if you plugged a Plug-In and you phase a problem, then it is your soldering and not a manifacturing problem of X-elixis Plug-Ins!

LPC modchips: All LPC modchips can be installed with Plug&Hack way, without any conflict to their features! For this reason no-soldering required but X-Programmer!
